To
simplify bookkeeping, tuition is calculated on a eight-month
program of 32 weeks and divided into eight equal monthly payments.
Cheques are made payable to BARRE NONE Dance
Studio.
Registration
A registration fee of $20.00
per student or $25.00 per family ( 2 or more members) is due
upon registration, cash or cheque. This is
non-refundable. At the time of registration, a $30.00 costume
deposit is required per class, except for Company and adult
classes.
Tuition
You have the choice upon
registration to make one payment for the full eight months or a
cheque for October and seven post-dated cheques. This is required
to confirm payment and registration. Cheques must be dated for the
1st of the month, Octoberber-May. If you are wishing to pay cash,
post-dated cheques dated the 15th of each month will also be
required, for security, and may be replaced with cash or your
cheque will be processed.
Drop-in classes are $10 per class and must be paid
at the beginning of the class in order to participate.
Discount
There is a 5% discount for
those who pay the full year’s tuition at registration, . All
discounts are before taxes.
Conditions
Tuition
fees DO NOT include fees for competitions, costumes, dance clothing
or extra classes. Any cheques returned N.S.F. or Account
Closed are subject to a service charge of $20.00. All cheques
must be honoured within 10 days or the student will not be
permitted to continue classes.
Cancellation
The first cheque must
include registration fee and fee for the first month of the
session. These fees are NOT REFUNDABLE. A student must
give one month’s notice before withdrawing from a
class. For example, if notice is given in the middle
of February, the March cheque will still be processed. A
letter of cancellation must be handed in personally. No
verbal or phone withdrawals are accepted. Students that leave their
class in the middle of a month disrupt the rest of the students and
can create disorder within the set
choreography.
For private lessons, 24 hours notice is
required. Without this notice the full fee will be
charged.
