BN Dance 2023/2024 Schedule *schedule/classes/teachers are subject to change*

*classes will only run with a minimum of 5 students*

Registration Fee:

A registration fee of $50.00 per student or per family (2 or more members) is due upon registration. This is non-refundable and includes a recording of the year-end recital.

Costume Deposit:

At the time of registration, a $60.00 costume deposit (for First Steps, Tap 1 & 2, Jr. Hip Hop, Jazz 1, 2 & 3, Adults) and a $75.00 costume deposit for competative classes and Teen Ballet 3.

Tuition:

To simplify book keeping, tuition is calculated on a eight-month program divided into nine equal payments. Monthly tuition can be paid in three options -

A) Our online 'Auto-Pay' service through our Parent Portal - a monthly automatic charge to your credit card on the 1st of each month. This includes a 3% convenience​ charge.

B) Post-dated cheques, for the 1st of each month (Oct - May) - made payable to Barre None Dance Studio.

c) Full year payment (with 5% discount) with cash, cheque or credit - with a 3% convenience​ charge.

Drop-in classes are $12 per 30-minute class, $15 per 45-minute class & $20 per hour class and must be paid at the beginning of the class in order to participate.

Full Year Discount:

There is a 5% discount for those who pay the full year’s tuition at registration. Discounts do not include taxes, costume deposits or registration fee.

Terms & Conditions

Tuition fees DO NOT include fees for registration, festival fees, costumes, dance clothing or extra classes.  Any cheques returned N.S.F. or Account Closed are subject to a service charge of $30.00.  All cheques must be honoured within 10 days or the student will not be permitted to continue classes.

Cancellation:

The first cheque must include registration fee and fee for the first month of the session.  These fees are NOT REFUNDABLE.  A student must give one month’s notice before withdrawing from a class.    

For example, if notice is given in the middle of February, the March cheque will still be processed.  A letter of cancellation must be handed in personally. No verbal or phone withdrawals are accepted. Students that leave their class in the middle of a month disrupt the rest of the students and can create disorder within the set choreography. 

Students withdrawing permanently from class from October through to December 1st of each year will receive a full costume refund.  After January 1st, costume deposits will not be refunded. No refunds for tution will be given after March 1st.

All cancellation refunds will be processed and completed by June 30th of that dance year.
